Sharon Weil has been teaching people to be fluid, strong, and adaptive to change for over 20 years. As a Continuum teacher she worked closely with founder, Emilie Conrad, in the development of Continuum's Jungle Gym fitness program. Sharon created The Ageless Body program (R) from the principles of the Jungle Gym, as a way to help participants gain and maintain fluid strength and flexibility at any age. She has an extensive background in various dance forms, Yoga, Pilates, swimming, and exercise. Her work with Conrad included many collaborations that presented Continuum to the public: writing, interviews, videos, and teacher training. She brings a sense of creative play to all her teaching.

Sharon is also a writer of fiction, non-fiction, and screenplays. Her novel, "Donny and Ursula Save the World" (Passing 4 Normal Press) playfully presents Continuum's unique view of bio-intelligence and the enlivening force of Eros in a humorous, yet gravely serious, romantic-mishap adventure. "ChangeAbility: How Artists, Activists, and Awakeners Navigate Change" (Archer/Rare Bird Books) is a non-fiction that weaves somatic principles through the wisdom of twenty-five change innovators from diverse fields, to offer practical tools and a supportive scaffolding for navigating change of all kinds: small or large; personal or social.
