Heart of Connection
An Online Soul Motion and Continuum Inquiry with Michael Molin-Skelton and Susan Harper
In this 4-day online intensive, we participate with subtle intrinsic movement and wild and tender dancing. Michael and Susan are midwives of movement and co-creative explorations—weaving fields of connectivity through poetry, art, ritual, storytelling and our shared collective dreams.
In times of stress and strife, chaos and cacophony, we might become ungrounded and unable to align with our own center. This loss of embodiment heightens feelings of separation, which causes alienation and animosity.
In Heart of Connecting, we’ll practice embodied movement to celebrate our human relatedness, cultivating kindness as our stones to build bridges, and generosity as the mortar that binds us.
Michael Molin-Skelton guides the movement practices of Soul Motion and Open Floor. Through movement and pause, silence and sound, witnessing and being seen, ritual and prayer, we will dance with what is currently moving within us and abide in the arms of the mystery.
Susan Harper guides Continuum explorations where we enliven the fluid dynamics inside our organism. We soften and liberate our body/psyche with aware touch and primordial breaths, sounds and movement.
Through embodied inquiry, we reveal the needed conversations deep in our bodies that invite us to greater inclusion and integration of all hidden, forbidden and not yet-known aspects of our deeper self. From this ground, our capacity for relational intimacy expands—with ourselves, with others, and with the living world.
