Join me for an embodied exploration of the cycle of life (primal beginnings, vibrant midlife & sublime maturity) with Continuum breath, sound and fluid movement.
Delve into three different Marc Rothko paintings as a source of inspiration to connect with inherent biological rhythms to support every phase of being. We will also incorporate founder of Continuum Emilie Conrad’s theme of the three anatomies.
Wherever you are in life and health, Continuum is a way to practice life affirming skills.

Immergiti ogni settimana in un diverso dipinto di Mark Rothko, utilizzandolo come fonte d’ispirazione per connetterti ai ritmi biologici intrinseci e sostenere ogni fase del tuo essere. Integreremo inoltre il tema delle “tre anatomie”, elaborato dalla fondatrice del Continuum, Emilie Conrad.
