Set on the lush island of Dominica, where rainforest meets the Atlantic Sea, this all-inclusive retreat hosted at the eco-luxury sanctuary of Jungle Bay, weaves deep somatic inquiry with the wild intelligence of land and ocean. Dancing the Wild Home Retreats are an invitation to return to our wild nature, to rejoin the rhythms of breath, body, ocean, and life. Immersed in the blues and greens of Dominica, we are witnessed by, and witness, Sperm Whales—the Ocean’s great Wisdom Keepers. Each day is gently structured around daily movement and Continuum practice, with generous space for rest, reflection, and integration, allowing the body and nervous system to soften, reorganize, and listen more deeply. While the island’s waterfalls, hot springs, gardens, and trails invite exploration, the retreat remains anchored in embodied healing rather than activity alone.
