For this Continuum series of breath, sound, fluid movement and awareness practices, “The Radiance Sutras,” a poetic translation by Lorin Roche of ancient Sanskrit teachings will inspire new realms of embodiment – new levels of enhancing our bodies, hearts, souls and spirits.
