Robyn has been on a mission of healing through awareness and tuning into inner guidance, for over 25 years. The process of healing from a serious health diagnosis led her on a quest that brought her on a path of deep listening and learning powerful and supportive awareness practices and therapies, the most influential being the years spent immersed in Continuum with Emilie Conrad and Susan Harper.

Her life has been one of continuous learning, growth, and service as a facilitator, teacher, mother and active community member. Over the years, she has been guiding groups and individuals through transformational and healing journeys and co-creating sacred space, using her robust toolkit of resources, training and experience embodied over the years. Robyn was authorized by Emilie Conrad in 2011 to teach Continuum. She is also a Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapist and Inquiry Based coach with experience and training in Pre-perinatal, attachment and bonding, process work, parts work and somatic therapies.

Dedicated to deep listening, and devoted to holding safe and trauma-informed containers, Robyn offers retreats, classes, workshops and private sessions in person and online. She lives in Canada and is passionate about co-creating spaces of deep listening to unveil the wonders, wisdom and guidance of our inner worlds.
