Dynamic growth patterns are shared between our bodies, the earth and other life.
Human lungs share qualities with cloud formations. The reticular form of fascia is shared with insect wings. Leaf growth spirals as does DNA and other features of the body.
Become more deeply yourself while exploring these dynamic forms. In the process, unwind tension, liberate your breathing and feel more at ease. With Continuum breath, sound and movement explorations, unite with nature through lived experience.
