During the darkest time of the year, we enter into the hibernative cocoon of the Heart, Soul and Soma. When we step out of time, and enter into the vast mystery of what it means to be human, we submerge ourselves within the fluid resonance of sound, breath and timelessness.
Join us on this solstice evening to commune, rest, and settle within the sacred practice of Continuum and with our somatic based sangha.
