‍I have been challenged by all that is going on in the world and am inspired to offer this Daylong Continuum Dive, A Sanctuary for the Soul. This is a chance for us to drop into a larger field of nourishment and sanity together.

Through the portal of exploring and playing with all the different ways water moves… Arcing, curving, swirling, spreading… Evaporating, freezing, bubbling… We join our fluid dynamics, awakening and invigorating our biological intelligence, showing us what else is possible beyond what we already know. We will explore the central channel as connecting all that we are as part cultural being, part primordial soup, and part stardust residing between the heavens and earth!
